Shipping

Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed before being picked up by the courier. Once the order has left our premises, we have no control over the delivery time. However, as a general guide delivery can be expected:

  • 1-3 working days to North Island metro areas

  • 3-5 working days to South Island metro areas and outer islands

  • 4-6 working days for rural areas.

 

A signature is required on delivery for New Zealand orders, unless you specify otherwise in the delivery notes field during checkout, or arrange an Authority to Leave (ATL) direct with NZ Couriers. In cases where the parcel is not left because not signature was unable to be obtained, please contact NZ Couriers for redelivery or pick up.


Please note that once you authorise the parcel to be left without a signature (either in the check out process or with NZ Couriers) the parcel is then no longer the liability of Elite Aesthetics or NZ Couriers once it has been delivered. For your own security we recommend that you retain the requirement for a signature.

 

If for any reason we do not have a product in stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.

 

COURIER DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped through the NZ Couriers network. Our team prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually 1 to 3 business days from receiving your order. If there are any significant delays you will be contacted by email. After your order has shipped, you will be sent an email with your tracking details. For information regarding your shipment once dispatched please contact the courier directly using the information found in your tracking email. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving your tracking number for it to register with the courier before making an enquiry.

PO BOX DELIVERY

Because a signature is required on delivery (unless specified otherwise – see above), we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

 

MISSING ORDERS

If for any reason you do not receive your order within the targeted delivery time, please contact us within seven days of the date of dispatch of that order for deliveries within New Zealand, and within four weeks for all international deliveries. We will do our best to recover your missing parcel in conjunction with the courier or delivery service provider, however we cannot guarantee delivery unless you select a tracked delivery option.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

Please read whichever cancellation policy relates to your appointment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TATTOO CLIENTS

We require more than 1 week's notice for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. If you were to change your treatment within the 1 week period before your appointment your $100 deposit will not be transferred to your rescheduled appointment or refunded in any way. This includes all reasons for cancellations such as sickness, work obligations, child obligations etc. 

We appreciate your understanding as it is difficult for a small business like ours to fill large appointments due to late cancellations within the 1 week period.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS

Cancellations within 48hrs of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Appointments you cancel within 48 hours are not able to be filled at short notice.
